We’re in the final phase to get on the air : obtaining a Building Permit from the city of Seattle. In March, we applied for a building permit. Unfortunately this means (we guess) a long process with a land use review, safety review, environmental review, etc. Plus, a fee of $3800.

In any case, this is the FINAL, LAST step to getting on the air.
