For the unaware, FCC form 318 is what we submitted in November 2013. It’s the application for a low-power FM frequency. Here’s a little bit about the form from Prometheus Radio, and the FCC.

In early February 2014, we have found that we are now a singleton application for the frequency we have applied for. This means that there are no other conflicting stations on the same frequency that are close to us. It means that our application is now on its way to approval process for a construction permit.   We still have some time to wait before we get word, but we will soon be out in the community raising money, gathering content, and doing what we need to do to go live!
