Nobody knows how to Celebrate the Sound of Tomorrow like Fulcrum. This great event sponsored by Brown Paper Tickets and the Pike Place Market was an opportunity for the area LPFM applicants to mingle. It was particularly exciting to know that while each of the 15 groups won’t get a frequency, they all welcomed each other to participate.
